Pushkin House invites you for an evening with fake_trailers, a multidisciplinary cross-genre project by Leonid Kotelnikov + supporting acts.
fake_trailers creates anarchist performative sound environments in which the presence of the artist is emphasised by the lack of respect towards regular social protocols. Expect an evening of music, singing, screaming, struggling, confusion, and overused sound samples.
Leonid Kotelnikov is a prominent leader of the diasporic underground, releasing music and moving image pieces, creating artworks and social situations. Enjoying a cult following, he avoids public notoriety, existing on the margins of social spaces and economic systems.
The evening will be expanded further by a number of artists and performers, including Magnus Brandt, dj fake, Heruwuvim, Trashed Baby, Marina, and Zlatik among others.
